SU-DHL-1/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SU-DHL-1/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human histiocytic lymphoma SU-DHL-1 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SU-DHL-1 cell line has a high proliferation rate and is used to study various aspects of lymphoma biology, including the mechanisms of tumor growth and the effects of treatments. SU-DHL-1/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
