HT1376/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

HT1376/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human HT1376 urinary bladder carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. HT1376 cell line has been widely used to study bladder cancer biology, test potential treatments, and explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the disease. HT1376/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
