KASUMI-3/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

KASUMI-3/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from the human KASUMI-3 myeloblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KASUMI-3 cell line was generated from acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML), has been widely used to study the mechanism of AML and evaluate the effects of new drugs or therapies. KASUMI-3/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
