KG-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
KG-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human leukemia cell line KG-1 by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. KG-1 cell line was generated from human acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) . The KG-1 cells are mostly at the myeloblast or promyelocyte stage of maturation, have been widely used in KG-1 is used in cancer, immunology, and toxicology research and drug development. KG-1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
