PANC-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

PANC-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma PANC-1 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. PANC-1 cell line has been widely used to investigate signaling pathways and gene expression related to pancreatic cancer, study interactions between cancer cells and surrounding stromal cells, and assess the efficacy of chemotherapy and targeted therapies. PANC-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
