SK-OV-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

SK-OV-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. SK-OV-3 cell line has been widely used in Investigating cancer biology, studying tumor microenvironment, and testing new drugs particularly for chemotherapeutics and targeted therapies. SK-OV-3/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
