FaDU/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
FaDU/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pharyngeal squamous-cell carcinoma FaDU cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. FaDu cells are widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies focused on head and neck cancers, including squamous cell carcinomas. FaDU /NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
