LL/2/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

LL/2/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the mouse LL/2 lung carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. LL/2 cell line is widely used as a model for metastasis and is useful for studying the mechanisms of cancer chemotherapeutic agents. LL/2/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
