RS4;11/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

RS4;11/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human RS4;11 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. RS4;11 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. RS4;11/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
