MOLT-4/RFP stable cell line

MOLT-4/RFP cells are derived from the human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4/RFP cells stably stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
