SJSA-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SJSA-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human SJSA-1 osteosarcoma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SJSA-1 cell line was generated from osteosarcoma, has been widely used in studies related to drug development, cancer signaling pathways, and the effects of various compounds on osteosarcoma cells. SJSA-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
