ATDC5/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

ATDC5/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the mouse teratocarcinoma ATDC5 cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. ATDC5 cell line is characterized as a chondrogenic cell line which goes through a sequential process analogy to chondrocyte differentiation. It is a well established in vitro model of endochondral ossification. ATDC5/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
