Mino/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Mino/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) Mino cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. Mino cell line is a valuable model to study mantle cell lymphoma cancer biology and to test new drugs and therapeutic approaches for treating mantle cell lymphoma. Mino/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
