BT474/GFP stable cell line

BT474/GFP cells are derived from the human invasive ductal carcinoma BT474 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. The BT474 cell line has been widely used in breast cancer research and drug development. BT474/GFP cells stably stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
