HEK293T/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

HEK293T/RFP-luciferase cells are derived from human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293T by stably integration of a constitutive RFP and Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. HEK293T cells are widely used in biomedical research due to their robust growth, ease of transfection, and versatility in various experimental applications. HEK293T/RFP-luciferase cells stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
