Acedoben and iron ions can construct a rapidly self-assembled coordination complex, and the Fe-Ace coordination complex can not only serve as a carrier of tumor antigens, but also enhance antigen-specific anti-tumor immunity due to its inherent adjuvant properties[1][2].
