Fmoc-Asp (t-Bu) Wang Resin

Wang resins are the standard supports for the synthesis of peptide acids by solid phase synthesis using the Fmoc strategy. Fmoc protected amino acids are linked to Polystyrene-PHB (Wang resin, consisting of 1% crosslinked polystyrene functionalized with the TFA labile p-benzyloxybenzyl alcohol linker) . 50 - 95% TFA treatment generates free peptide acids.
