Polystyrene AM HMPA

This resin is derivatized from aminomethyl polystyrene by coupling with the TFA-labile 4- (hydroxymethyl) -phenoxyacetic acid linker and is an alternative to the PHB resins. The first amino acid is attached by an appropriate esterification reaction and after the completed peptide synthesis the free peptide is obtained by treatment with 95% TFA.
