Heptadecan-9-amine (9-Aminoheptadecane) is a PEG linker featuring maleimide and TFP ester terminal groups. The maleimide group reacts with thiols at a pH between 6.5 and 7.5, while the TFP ester can interact with primary amine groups and is less susceptible to hydrolysis than NHS esters.
