2'- (5-Triphosphoribosyl) -3'-dephospho-CoA is a 5'-phosphoadenosine derivative structurally similar to coenzyme A. It is dephosphorylated at the C-3' position and has a 5-triphosphate-?-D-ribosyl group substitution at the C-2' position.
