IdeS (Immobilized, Microspin)

IdeS (Immobilized, Microspin) is a resin with IdeS protease covalently attached to agarose beads, designed to cleave IgG at specific sites to produce F (ab') 2 and Fc fragments. The digestion solution, after completion, contains F (ab') 2 and Fc fragments, without the presence of the IdeS enzyme.
