It can cleave LRP5 and LRP6, thereby activating the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway. Additionally, C1sEnzyme promotes macrophage M2 polarization while inhibiting M1 polarization and enhances exocytosis, exhibiting anti-inflammatory properties.
