It significantly suppresses the upregulation of IFNg-induced MHCII molecules, specifically HLA-DR and Ii-p33/35, while increasing the protein level of Ii-p10. This compound can be utilized for research into skin disorders such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and actinic keratosis.
