RANK-derived TRAF6 inhibitor is a TRAF6 inhibitory peptide that blocks the interaction between TRAF6 and LMP1, with an IC50 of 177 nM. Furthermore, it significantly decreases the viability of LMP1-dependent lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCL) .
