β-catenin inhibitory peptoid

β-catenin inhibitory peptoid (compound 13) disrupts the interaction between β-catenin and TCF with an IC50 of 5.44 μM. It inhibits Wnt signaling in prostate cancer cell lines (IC50 = 0.105 μM) and androgen receptor (AR) signaling (IC50 = 1.02 μM) . This compound significantly reduces cell proliferation in prostate cancer cell lines.
