Phlotoxin-1 (PhlTx1) is a 34-amino acid polypeptide with three disulfide bonds. It is derived from spiders of the Phlogiellus genus. Phlotoxin-1 acts as an antinociceptive agent by inhibiting the NaV1.7 channel.
