T7 Peptide is an endothelial cell-specific inhibitor. It interacts with αVβ3 integrin to inhibit the FAK, PI3-kinase, PKB/Akt, and mTOR signaling pathways in endothelial cells, leading to suppressed protein synthesis and the induction of apoptosis.
