SPSB2-iNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-2 TFA is the trifluoroacetate salt form of SPSB2-iNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-2. It inhibits the interaction between SPSB2 and iNOS by binding to the iNOS site on the SPRY domain of SOCS-box protein 2 (SPSB2) with a dissociation constant (KD) of 21 nM. This compound exhibits resistance to reduction and oxidative stability.
