KSL 128114

KSL 128114 is a syntenin peptide inhibitor that binds to the PDZ1 domain of syntenin with nanomolar affinity. It is resistant to degradation in human plasma and rat liver microsomes and exhibits selectivity for the PDZ domain of syntenin.
