Cyclo (CRVIIF)

Cyclo CRVIIF is a dual inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factors HIF1 and HIF2. It disrupts the interaction between HIF1-α, HIF2-α, and HIF1-β, with dissociation constants (KD) for the PAS-B domains of HIF1-α and HIF2-α measured at 65 and 123 μM, respectively.
