Activable cell-penetrating peptide (ACCP)

Activable cell-penetrating peptide (ACCP) consists of a polycationic CPP, typically arg9 or r9, linked to a matching polyanion, usually glu9 or e9, via a cleavable linker. This connection reduces the net charge to nearly zero, thereby inhibiting adhesion and uptake into cells.
