IDR-HH2

IDR-HH2 is an immunoregulatory peptide with the ability to modulate the host cytokine/chemokine environment. It enhances the adhesion of monocytes and THP-1 cells to fibronectin. Additionally, IDR-HH2 exhibits antibacterial activity, inhibiting P. aeruginosa and S. aureus with MIC values of 75 μg/mL and 38 μg/mL, respectively.
