C5aR2 agonist P32 (Ac-RHYPYWR-OH) is a selective agonist for C5aR2. It has demonstrated the ability to trigger various immunomodulatory activities both in vitro and in vivo, as it can downregulate C5aR1-mediated cellular signaling and can also operate in a C5aR1-independent manner.
