KK14 (R)

KK14 (R) is a variant of the synthetic peptide KK14, demonstrating antifungal properties against Fusarium culmorum, Penicillium expansum, and Aspergillus niger, with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 6.25, 12.5, and 12.5 μg/mL, respectively. KK14 (R) also maintains stability under heat and varying pH levels, but it exhibits cytotoxicity towards Caco-2 and RAW264.7 cells.
