Arborcandin E

Arborcandin E is a 1,3-?-glucan synthase inhibitor used as an antifungal antibiotic. It exhibits IC50 values of 0.1 ?g/mL against Candida albicans (C. albicans) and 0.012 ?g/mL against Aspergillus fumigatus (A. fumigatus) . Additionally, Arborcandin E has a MIC of 0.5-2 ?g/mL for Candida species.
