Arborcandin D is a 1,3-?-glucan synthase inhibitor that functions as an antifungal antibiotic. It exhibits IC50 values of 3 ?g/mL against Candida albicans (C. albicans) and 0.35 ?g/mL against Aspergillus fumigatus (A. fumigatus) .
