Propeptin

Propeptin is a peptide antibiotic composed of 19 amino acids. It exhibits weak activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Monobacterium, and Xanthomonas oryzae. Propeptin has no effect on tumor cell lines KB and L1210; however, it inhibits prolyl endopeptidase.
