Neodidymelliosides A (compound 1) is a fungal secondary metabolite with significant inhibitory effects on biofilms of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. It also exhibits anticancer activity by reducing the cell viability of various cell lines, including KB3.1 (cervical), PC-3 (prostate), MCF-7 (breast), SKOV-3 (ovary), A431 (skin), and A549 (lung) .
