Dioxamycin

Dioxamycin exhibits activity against Gram-positive bacteria and inhibits Staphylococcus aureus 209P with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 3.12 μg/mL. It also suppresses the proliferation of L1210, P388, IMC, LX-1, and SC-6 cells with IC50 values (μg/mL) of 2.7, 1.4, 6.0, 2.0, and 2.5, respectively.
