Cytoxazone is an immunosuppressant that also acts as a cytokine regulator. At concentrations ranging from 6.25 to 25 ?g/mL, Cytoxazone inhibits the production of IL-4 and IL-10 induced by Pokeweed mitogen (PWM), while not affecting the PWM-induced production of GM-CSF.
