Inhibits viral transcription and stimulates replication. Plays a major role in early induction of TRAIL-mediated apoptosis in infected neurons. Rabies virus (RABV) (strain CVS-11) Matrix Protein (His & Myc) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-10xHis and C-Myc tag.
