Hydrolyzes short- and long-chain N-acyl homoserine lactones with or without 3-oxo substitution at C3, has maximum activity on C10-AHL. AiiA Protein, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp., Recombinant (His & Myc) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-10xHis and C-Myc tag.
