Paclitaxel-d5

Paclitaxel-d5 is the deuterated analog of Paclitaxel, a diterpenoid natural product originally isolated from Pacific yew bark. Paclitaxel-d5 maintains the parent compound’s ability to stabilize microtubules and induce mitotic arrest leading to apoptosis, and it is widely used as an internal standard in analytical assays and mechanistic drug studies.
