DBCO-PEG-NHS (MW 10000) is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative consisting of DBCO, PEG units, and an NHS ester. The NHS ester can react with amino acids or other amino-containing molecules. DBCO-PEG-NHS (MW 10000) also features a DBCO group, which enables strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azide-containing molecules.
