Dde Biotin-PEG4-COOH is a PEG derivative composed of Biotin, five PEG units, and a carboxyl group (-COOH) . Biotin can form a stable non-covalent interaction with Streptavidin. The carboxyl group readily reacts with amino groups to form stable amide bonds and can also form ester bonds with hydroxyl groups.
