DBCO-PEG-Amine (MW 3400) (DBCO-PEG-NH2 (MW 3400) ) is a PEG derivative composed of DBCO, PEG units, and an amine group. The amine group can react with other chemical groups, such as carboxyl or aldehyde groups, to form stable chemical bonds. Additionally, the DBCO group in this compound enables it to undergo a strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azide-containing molecules.
