4-Arm-PEG-Azide (MW 600) [4-Arm-PEG-N3 (MW 600) ] is a PEG derivative composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG) units and azide groups. The azide group in this compound can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-containing molecules. It can also undergo strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
