4-Arm-PEG-Azide (MW .400) (4-Arm-PEG-N3 (MW .400) ) is a PEG derivative composed of PEG units and azide groups. The azide groups enable copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAC) with molecules containing alkyne groups. Additionally, it can undergo strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (SPAAC) with molecules that have DBCO or BCN groups.
