HOOC-PEG-NH2 (MW 2000)

HOOC-PEG-NH2 (MW 2000) [HOOC-PEG-Amine (MW 2000) ] is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) crosslinker designed to attach functional PEG groups to surfaces of biomolecules, particles, and other materials. The carboxyl group reacts with amines to form a stable amide bond and can also form an unstable ester bond with hydroxyl groups. Meanwhile, the amine group is reactive with various amine-reactive groups, such as succinimidyl NHS esters and aldehydes.
