Hb0025 is a bispecific antibody targeting PD-L1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), with EC50 values of 0.67 nM and 0.48 nM, respectively. It exerts antitumor effects by inhibiting VEGF activity and facilitating T-cell infiltration into tumors, thereby transforming the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment into an immune-activated state.
